• Manages and acts on information about order status and invoicing​ • Understands the levers that affect Store level Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) ​ • Leverages the Distribution network, including RBS & DSD, for cost efficiencies and freshness of product ​ • Manages the impact of abnormal demand and takes appropriate action with regards to forecasts and inventory ​ • Collaborates with merchandising and supply chain on major promotional initiatives​ • Assists in the forecasting with buying team of unanticipated in- store and online needs​ • Uses the organizational tools and methodologies for forecasting and ordering perishable product ​ • Recognizes the order nuances of display activities, recipes, merchandising pallets, and shipper initiatives​ • Recognizes the impact of DC and store inventory, service levels, the importance of days on hand, and how it influences working capital

• Considers supply chain initiatives such as automation, self-distribution, scaled procurement, omnichannel fulfillment, and their impact on stores​ • Communicates the importance of on-time delivery, order fill rates, and out-of-stock rates, both in-store and online, with supplier community​ • Explains what drives sales volume, forecast and i nventory​ • Cons iders of Aware of Store level Computer As s isted Ordering practices (CAO)​ • Is familiar with our Distribution network and capabilities including RBS & DSD​ • Pa rtici pates i n planning activi ties with promotional management, merchandising and s upply chain ​ • Understands impacts of Supply Chain Programs (ADvantage Program), the goals of VIC fees and the impact to suppliers, DC supplier and logistics costs, s uch as l ess than full truck (LTL) vs full truck ​ • Considers store capacity constraints with regard to available storage and shelf space​ • Understands the basics of forecasting ​

• Recognizes the wider impact of procurement changes on in-store and online consumer experience & business performance​ • Drives collaboration with merchandising, pricing and supply chain in demand management planning activities​ • Collaborates effectively to drive down costs and maximize freshness​ • Works with suppliers to tailor initiatives to maximize the use of supply chain​ • Ensures forecasting procedures are followed and f key KPIs (i.e DOH, service level Working Capital) are achieved
