TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
CHANGES: Announcements, updates, and changes made in real-time on sale day take precedence over printed material. PHYSICAL LOCATION: Cattle and sale events are located at 1209 West 5th Street, Miller, SD. Call Clay at 605-461-1494 with questions. SEMEN INTEREST: Jackpot Cattle is retaining in-herd semen use on all bulls. This is for our use only. Any semen sales beyond our use are 100% to the buyer.
This is a private treaty sale conducted by phone. Cattle sell under the Terms and Conditions of the American Simmental Assoc., which includes a breeding guarantee.
PAYMENT:
Half of the purchase price on bulls is due by 2/28/26, with the balance due at delivery. Heifers will be paid in full at the time of purchase.
INSURANCE:
Livestock insurance is encouraged. Jackpot Cattle Co. will pay up to half of the insurance premium on any bull sold. We will keep bulls free until April 1 at the buyer’s risk. Insurance options are available upon request.
BIDDING:
You may bid by phone, text, or in person. Initial bids must be in by 3 PM on February 11. No new bidders are accepted after 3 PM. When initial bids close, we will finalize bidding and sales by phone. Please be available. No cattle are declared sold until all cattle are sold. This allows bidders to “roll” to a different animal. Videos and more information are available on each lot at www.DVAuction.com.
BASE PRICE: Most bulls open at $4,000. Bids increase by $250.

FEED: Bulls are fed a TMR of corn silage, alfalfa, earlage, and protein. Contact our CHS representative Scott Gilbertson at 605-881-6071 for more information.
