NON-DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION The protection of confidential business information is vital to the interests and success of Frenchman’s Creek. Protection of this information helps to ensure the integrity of the procedures established by Frenchman’s Creek to maintain the highest level of customer service for its members. The following are some examples: membership directory, corporate structure, and financial information. All Frenchman’s Creek employees agree and understand that any information obtained during meetings or telephone conversations shall be kept in the strictest confidence. It is essential that employees do not discuss with anyone outside of this immediate organization anything to do with Frenchman’s Creek operations. It is also cause for immediate dismissal for any employee to share or divulge information regarding names, addresses and telephone numbers of Frenchman’s Creek members and/or their guests or other employees.
