If you are looking for natural treatments without the need for medication, surgery, or injections, you’ve come to the right place. Physical therapy is all about working with you to show you how it’s possible to live a pain-free life, without the need for invasive treatments. For some examples of topics we cover, check out the videos on our website and Facebook page. We’re here to reduce and prevent pain, helping you and your team members improve your mobility and enjoy life more. We want to bring relief to you! Give us a call or email us to coordinate a free workshop at your workplace, church, or other community group. Help us spread the word! Tell your friends and family members about this opportunity. We want to share our knowledge about pain relief, so we can all live happier, healthier, more mobile lives.

We know that while we get to serve many awesome patients, not everyone has access to physical therapy. Maybe it’s a challenge to get to us, or perhaps you or a loved one lacks access to health care. You may even be part of a supportive group that’s working to overcome challenges associated with a disorder or disease. If you fit into one of these categories, you are our motivation for starting a community initiative that brings the physical therapy to you. If you’re part of an organization, club, or group that would like us to present a PT workshop to the people you work with or serve, we’re ready. We’re seeking community partners who’d like us to come to their location. We can present on a variety of physical therapy topics to address what ails or limits you and/or your group, including the following:

ZUCCHINI SALAD WITH TOASTED HAZELNUTS

With raw zucchini, toasted hazelnuts, and a robust Parmigiano-Reggiano, this early summer salad is a delight of different textures and flavors that will make a great side at your next cookout.

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

3 small zucchini (3/4 lb.) 1/2 tsp lemon zest, grated 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste 1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped Mint leaves, for garnish

1. Using a mandolin or very sharp knife, slice zucchini lengthwise into extremely thin, wide ribbons. 2. Arrange zucchini ribbons on a plate, sprinkle with lemon zest, and drizzle with juice. 3. Drizzle oil over zucchini, season with salt and pepper, and toss. 4. Scatter hazelnuts over the top, garnish with mint and cheese, and serve.
