Advanced Solution-State NMR Training
This is an EPR lecture training course focused on the basics of EPR spectros- copy including theory, instrumentation, and applications. Pulsed and CW EPR techniques will be covered, as well as their applications to materials and biologi- cal samples.
NMR solution state analysis provides useful data regarding the type, quanti- ty, and arrangement of different atoms in chemical systems in the liquid state. This course offers lectures and lab session trainings on two-dimensional solu- tion-state NMR spectroscopy focusing on the structure determination of small to intermediate sized organic molecules. Participants will learn about 2D NMR Spectroscopy techniques and the step-by-step procedure on performing com- mon advanced 2D NMR methods. Experiments include COSY, NOESY, TOCSY, HSQC, and HMBC.
