Too good to be animal feed

«Historically speaking, certain fish species have had very little demand and often end up as animal feed. One of these is the Roughead grenadier, which is a very good food fish, but requires filleting by hand. This fish has been very well received and we are working to find solutions for other types of fish that can also gain access to more markets.»
