At Iskremgården, Grete and Ole Morten Høiland make first-class ice cream with local ingredients.
Together with Iskremgården, we have developed our own ice cream. The series uses classic and distinctive Norwegian ingredients that provide new ice cream experiences based on traditional flavors. From Iskremgården you get first-class desserts that are just as good on the restaurant table as they are with coffee. All variants come in 5 liter packs.
The milk comes from the neighboring farm and to create the best flavors they use fresh ingredients, which have traveled as short as possible. Consistency is also important - at Iskremgården they add less air to the ice cream than usual. It gives extra fullness and a richer taste.
