Tasting notes: Our apple cider are produced at Åkre farm. It has light bobbles and consists of the apple varieties Discovery and Rubinstep, which give the cider good acidity, some sweetness, as well as a rich and complex aroma. This cider is particularly well suited as an accompaniment to seafood, white meat and hard cheeses. The mature side is bottled when the cellar master at Åkre gard says it is ready, and not a moment before. Quality in all aspects is Arita and Gjermund’s signature.
