If you want to serve your customers beef, we have many exciting products from Namibia - bred in harmony with nature.
Together with our producer in Namibia, UNIL has a long-term collaboration where we develop and contribute to increased sustainability among farmers. We do this through various projects, training and transfering competance. Among other things, we have created auction sites so that farmers have easier access to the European market, and provided access to water by building water pipes, well houses and bore wells.
Blessed with endless grass fields, this is a land where cattle are raised in true harmony with nature, as has been the case in Namibia for centuries. Combine this heritage with first-class breeding and modern slaughterhouses, and the result is some of the best steaks around! Our products are sourced from selected farms across Namibia. Beef cattle from Namibia consist of a cross between the two breeds Simmerthal and Brahman, which are particularly suitable for warmer climates.
