Tipperary Dry aged comes from ABP in Ireland, which has developed and patented its own dry aging process for beef. This has resulted in premium beef meat that has won prizes in several European competitions. The flavorful beef from the Tipperary district is a perfect combination of the green island where the cattle are raised, and the sea that surrounds it. The meat is matured for at least 25 to 28 days with salt collected from the Atlantic Ocean (Irish Atlantic Sea Salt).
