Reindeer provides very lean meat that is full of nutrients. It is among the animals that have the most Omega 3 and we should eat it more often. Our reindeer products come from Finnmark Rein. These are animals that are treated with knowledge and respect. Each year they can wander up to 600 kilometers between different seasonal pastures, where they find their own food. The reindeer owner makes arrangements for the animals to be in peace on good pastures and live in a herd where they are comfortable and have as little contact with people as possible. This way they get healthy animals with a good weight. Reindeer meat is useful and spreads joy. Serve selected pieces, and take advantage of the reindeer’s mild game flavor from leftovers in casseroles and wraps, such as burgers or buns.
