The produce in our sous vide range: Unil+ A. Idsøe is local meat, processed in our own butchery. The series is, as the name suggests, a collaboration between Unil+ and the butcher A. Idsøe in Stavanger.
Sous vide from Unil+ A. Idsøe makes planning easy, and gives you the opportunity to improvise when the occasion calls for it. All products provide tasty dishes with tender meat in the main role. We have prepared the meat so that you have more time to focus on the rest of the menu.
The range contains perfectly prepared ingredients that you heat up and fry as desired in the oven, pan or over the grill. Here you can choose between several types of beef, cuts and products. All the meat is supplied by farms associated with Prima Jæren.
All products provide tasty dishes with tender meat in the main role.
