MatBørsen offers freshly produced products with a good shelf life, based on Norwegian raw materials. An extra production employeer The ready-to-serve dishes range from fried cakes and stews to cold cuts and side dishes. You will also find seasonal products and vegetarian dishes in the range. Most hot dishes are delivered in bags, which holds two kilos and can withstand high temperatures. You choose whether you want to heat them in the oven, combi steamer or boiling water. The products from MatBørsen are prepared by hand in our own production facilities at Borgeskogen in Stokke. In this way, they make it possible to save time and resources in commercial kitchens throughout the country.
The dishes include everything from fried cakes to salads and side dishes.
