A Buffet of Opportunities Beverly Carlone grew up working in a family-owned clothing store, located in Woodbury, Connecticut, learning all aspects of the tailoring trade from her dad. In 1980, she married David, who, on their first date, announced he would marry her. The couple moved to New Jersey and were blessed with raising three sons. Tragedy struck her family on September 11, 2001, when David traveled to New York City for a meeting on the 105th floor of Tower Two of the World Trade Center, never to return home. In 2004, the family moved back to Connecticut to be closer to family. A church member first introduced Beverly to P.E.O. She was initiated into Chapter Q, Southbury, Connecticut, in 2006 and cherishes her sisterly bonds and instant friendships. In addition to P.E.O., she has been an active member of her church and various local community groups. Beverly has a passion for cooking and entertaining, especially for her three sons. Usually hosting all family gatherings and holidays, her home is called “The Party House.” Daily workouts are a very important part of her life, along with her Krav Maga training. Beverly takes pride in providing a loving home caring for her rescued special needs dogs in their final years.
