Jane Henning Minnesota Express a Loving Concern For Each Sister Jane Henning was born and raised in Red Wing, Minnesota. She was given the gift of P.E.O. from a co-worker into the fabulous Chapter EK in Minneapolis. This turned out to be an absolutely wonderful gift, with the best sisters a girl could ask for. Jane is a third-generation P.E.O. Her mother and grandmother were both members of Chapter P in Red Wing, Minnesota. To continue the legacy, her daughter is now a member of Chapter EK. Jane has held most local offices and served on the Minnesota state Nominating Committee and Finance Committee. After a more than 40-year career in the financial services industry, including banking, a financial consulting firm and an investment management firm, Jane retired in June 2021. Jane and her husband, Mark, have two children. Sarah (Ryan) Logan has two children, Kaleb (8) and Joanna (7). Jason (Haley) Henning has two children, Saylor (3) and Palmer (3 months). Their grandchildren are the joy of their lives and they are thankful they live close enough to see all regularly. In addition to her family, Jane enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, knitting and crafting with her grandchildren. Jane hopes to get back to golf once she has time.

Diane Hartingh Price North Carolina Love, Positivity, & Purpose – Weaving Our Future Together Diane Hartingh Price grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and has lived in seven U.S. states. Diane cherishes time with her husband, Nelson, her two sons and their wives and four grandsons! Diane holds an M.S. in organizational development from American University, Washington, D.C., and a B.S. in decision science/management information systems from George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia. Based in Washington, D.C., Diane served major private and public organizations as a consultant of management, strategy, technology and organizational change. Diane served as vice president of the Healthcare Solutions Group at AMS, now CGI, and in 2005 joined NOBLIS.org as executive leader of Health Innovation serving federal, state, local health agencies and U.S. health systems and hospitals. In 2012, she followed her passion about health and wellness at Duke, being trained and certified as an Integrative Health Coach. In 2018, she founded TheGetWellProject helping individuals, groups, and organizations to “Get Well, Be Well and Stay Well.” In 2019 she co-authored “Write Your Stress Away, Tame the Tension in Your Life” with P.E.O. sister Sue McCollum, BU, Ashburn, Virginia. Diane and her husband live in Chapel Hill and enjoy the arts, hiking, cycling, travel adventures and precious time spent with family and friends.

Barb Timm was elected president of Michigan State Chapter on May 14, 2022. She is a member of Chapter AW in Clarkston, Michigan. She was initiated in 1981 into Chapter BP, Ypsilanti, her mother’s chapter. She is a third-generation P.E.O. and shares sisterhood with her sister, sister-in- law and two daughters. Her mother, Grace Cornish, was president of Michigan State Chapter in 1985. Barb was also a member of Chapter HC, Aurora, Illinois, from 1989-1992. Barb received a B.A. in anthropology from the University of Michigan in 1983. For many years she was a stay-at-home mom and volunteer. She served as director of FIRE (Family Inter-generational Religious Education) at Saint Daniel’s Catholic Church and led the church mothers’ group. She is currently on the board of Thello Orphanage International, a charitable organization which provides food and education for children in the Congo, and she works part-time chain stitching varsity jackets. Barb and her husband of 39 years, Mike, have four children and two grandchildren. Barb and Mike like to entertain, travel, camp and go tandem biking. Barb enjoys bible study, sewing, baking, puzzles and movies.
