Ryan Delafield
Ryan Delafield (Gainesville (FL)1998) graduated from The University of Florida with a degree in His- tory and a Master's degree in Post Secondary Education from Troy University. Life Member Delafield is an educator with the Department of Education and Knowledge in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Brother Delafield is single and has a son, Henry Delafield.
Jay Dee Dillard
Jay Dee Dillard (Omicron Beta 1998) was born and raised in Vicksburg, MS. Upon graduating from high school, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He then attended Savannah State University with a double major in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering. Brother Dillard is a Charter Member of the Armstrong State University Chapter, the Omicron Beta of Kappa Alpha Psi, where he served as the first Polemarch. While working in Tucson, AZ for IBM as an Electronic Engineer he held office of Vice Polemarch of the Tucson (AZ) Alumni Chapter. Brother Dillard owns a real estate investment firm in Dallas, Texas. He is also international real estate broker in Abu Dhabi, UAE where he resides with his wife and two boys. Julian Ivey (Lambda Pi 2006) is from Stone Mountain, GA. He attended Valdosta State University in 2004 where he majored in Criminal Justice. There, he served as the Chapter Historian for two years. After graduation, Brother Ivey moved to South Korea and served as an English Instructor. Thereafter, he earned a CELTA certificate from Cambridge University at Apollo in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Brother Ivey has settled in Abu Dhabi, UAE where he works as a school administrator for the UAE government school system.
Julian Ivey
Donald D. Johnson
Donald D. Johnson (Beta Zeta 2003) graduated from Alabama State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, a Master’s degree in Instructional Education, and a Specialist degree in Admin- istration. He is employed as a lead math instructor in the United Arab Emirates. He and his wife and two daughters have lived in the UAE since August of 2014.
Clarence Maxey, Jr.
Clarence Maxey, Jr. (Gamma Pi 1993) was and raised in Vicksburg, MS. He attended Alcorn State Uni- versity on a track scholarship in the fall of 1989. He served as Chapter Vice Polemarch and Polemarch He graduated in the spring of 1994 with a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology and affiliated with the Vicksburg (MS) Alumni Chapter. Life Member Maxey retired from the Vicksburg Fire Department in July of 2019. Brother Maxey is now the a fire brigade leader at the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant for Nawah Energy Com- pany in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
