Province Polemarch Kyles then present- ed and explained the Archives, item by item, including the Northern Province Bylaws. Brother Jay Ainabe, Polemarch of the Canada (CAN) Alumni Chapter then gave remarks. A presentation of the 50-year member jacket was provided to Brother Martin Tyler. He also recognized the dignitaries in the assembly prior to conducting the Formal Closing.
