Anxiety is more than just feeling nervous about an upcoming event or situation. It's a persistent feeling of worry, fear, and unease that can interfere with daily activ- ities and reationships. In moments of stress and anxiety, box breathing is an easy way to slow down and help calm your body and mind.

Recognizing the symptoms of anxiety is the first step toward seeking help and finding relief. Common Symptoms:

Persistent worrying or obsessive thinking Restlessness or feeling on edge Difficulty concentrating or making decisions Irritability or mood swings

It's essential to remember that everyone experiences anxiety differently, and symptoms can vary in intensity and frequen- cy from person to person.

Managing Anxiety
