Her outreach efforts will also include high schools and technical schools to generate industry awareness and future opportunities for graduates and scholarship candidates. Coates brings extensive industry experience to her new role, having worked with industry adhesives and sealants manufacturer, Franklin International. During her tenure with Franklin, Coates served on the TLMI Environmental Committee and was an active member of the association.
