They are not responsible for the pick-up of your animals at the end of the sale. Be sure to have the correct tag and number to correspond with the animal you purchased. Registration Disclaimer If you purchase a confirmed-bred Highland female from the auction, the Heartland Highland Cattle Association does not guarantee eligibility for registration. Buyer Information Remember to take the consignment numbers purchased to the office for payment. Anyone purchasing HHCA registered animals, go to the Transfer table for your transfers, meet Jennifer and Melissa for the tattoo letters and new buyer membership; and Larissa and Tracee for new registrations and transfer AHCA registrations. These ladies are on the second level behind the seating gallery. BUYERS USING A CREDIT CRD FOR PAYMENT BE AWWARE THERE IS A 3.5% CHARGE ADDED TO THE PAYMENT. ONCE YOU PURCHASE YOUR ANIMAL(S) IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR PICK UP AND DELIVERY OF THE ANIMAL(S). THE CATTLE CAN BE PICKED UP ON SATURDAY AFTER THE AUCTION OR SUNDAY. SUNDAY YOU WILL BE ASSISTED TO LOCATE AND LOAD YOUR OWN ANIMALS. Foundation Registration If you have purchased an unregistered Highland and you want to Foundation Register the animal with the HHCA, see Larissa or Tracee located on the second level to fill out the proper paperwork and pay for the registration with a credit or debit card. First Time Highland Buyers Anyone purchasing Highlands for the FIRST TIME is eligible to receive a FREE years membership to the Heartland Highland Cattle Association. Contact Melissa in the upper level for your application. The HHCA is a charitable non-profit association, so your membership is deductible.
