Julie Ménard-Brault, directrice financière des Comtés unis de Prescott-Russell, s’attend à ce que la planification du budget 2020 représente un plus grand défi que d’habitude. Il y a de plus en plus d’incertitude quant au niveau de financement du soutien provincial pour certains programmes ou même s’il y aura un financement de soutien, compte tenu de l’objectif du gouvernement Ford de restreindre le budget. —archives
