What does it take to win a Smythe Award? The Robert Adger Smythe award is given annually to the top 10% chapters of Pi Kappa Alpha. Here is what some recent Smythe winning chapters had to say when asked about what it takes to win a Smythe: Creating a winning team with shared responsibility is an essential component to obtaining a Smythe.
