As a former educator, Regina knows first-hand how important our education system is, and started this educational consulting business to help uplift educators and students. A : American Dialogue Company, LLC was born out of my vision for how we can live, learn and prosper together as members of a multiracial and culturally diverse country. American Dialogue Partner, LLC is a thought partner for school and district leaders engaged in developing and implementing educational equity focused strategic plan goals and initiatives. We support schools and school districts as they expand access to opportunity for historically underserved students. We are part of making the American Dream possible for the children in our communities. We provide facilitated dialogues about race, culture and bias for school boards, school and district leadership and educators.
