RETRACTION | CHIN TUCK Slowly draw your head back so that your ears line up with your shoulders and then tuck your chin towards your chest. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat 3 times.
DIAPHRAGMATIC BREATHING Lie on your back with your knees bent. Breathe deep, from the belly. Repeat 10 times.
