Order Changes

Drop Shipments

We will drop ship up to 6 locations at no additional charge. For every drop ship location beyond the 6, a charge of $7.50 (A) per additional location will be applied. Minimum of 12 pcs per drop ship location.

Once a custom order is in progress, changes are difficult to make depending on status of the order. However, if a change is necessary, the customer is responsible to compensate for any additional costs associated. Rush Orders Rush orders are accepted only if the production schedules allow. Always contact customer service for current rush capacity. Repeat Orders When placing a reorder, always include the number of the previous purchase order on your current purchase order. Note: Any deviation (except quantity and shipping instructions) from your previous purchase order will be considered a new order. Labeling All our products comply with applicable labeling laws of the United States of America. Additional labeling will be added at the customer’s request if the labeling information is provided to us before sampling begins.

Returns

ALL claims for a return must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. Customer is responsible to inspect goods immediately upon receipt and file a claim accordingly with explanation of claim. If we are responsible for the claim, we will be responsible for all charges. If customer changes their mind, or ordered incorrectly, they are responsible for all charges including restocking fees, if required. If carrier is responsible for the claim due to late, lost or damaged product while in transit, a claim will need to be filed directly with them. All Returns must be approved with a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by our Team. Dry Cleaning or Laundering of Caps We do not recommend dry cleaning, dishwashing, or laundering of caps. Instead, we recommend spot clean only. Copyright/ Trademark Laws We assume when artwork is submitted for an order that the artwork was submitted in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights of any third party. Purchasers placing these orders will agree to hold us and any associated companies harmless for any damage arising under these laws as a consequence of use of such trademarks or logos. Credit Card Processing There is a 3% credit card processing fee applied to all payments made by credit card. This fee can be found as an additional line on the invoice. To avoid this fee, we encourage all customers to apply for terms or to send payment via ACH. All credit cards accepted: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.

Packing

Caps are normally boxed in a master carton, which contains 6 inner cartons, each with a capacity of 24 caps for a total of 144 caps. Weight per shipping box of 144 caps is approximately 36 lbs. A master carton measures 25” X 19” X 23”.

Shipping

If no shipping/routing instructions have been provided, we will ship via FedEx and bill directly to the customer. We are not responsible for carrier delays while in transit or any damage incurred during transportation of goods. If shipping address is provided inaccurately, resulting in a chargeback from our preferred carrier, the charges will be invoiced back to customer.
