Production Time – Blank Stock Caps
All logos and decoration shown in this catalog are for illustration purposes only. These items are not available for sale unless the owner of the product issues specific permission. Color photographs in this catalog are approximate and may or may not be a true color representation of the actual product. To see the exact decoration, please order a sample. For virtual artwork and samples, please submit your logos. Vector art (.AI, .EPS,.PDF, and .SVG) is preferred. .JPEG, .TIF, .PDF, .BMP, .CDR files can be sent to be converted by our team . Provide type file for live text. Exact duplication of logos and type styles cannot be guaranteed due to sew out size requirements. Our team will size to best fit art to the decoration area.
If the order is received before 2PM CST, the order will ship the same day. If the order is received after 2PM CST, the order will ship the next business day. Email for questions regarding production times at: Production Time – Custom Caps Current production timelines are published online . Less than Minimum – Domestic Decoration Minimum order quantity for embroidery or patches is 48 pcs per sku. Customers may reduce order quantity to 24 per color sku for a less than minimum fee of $40.00(A). Fabric Color Variations Due to color variations of dye lots, exact color matches of material cannot be guaranteed. In camouflage patterns, differences may occur due to the random cutting. Certain distressed or washed materials will have shading variances. Embroidery Colors Every effort will be made to match PMS colors as closely as possible, however color matches cannot be guaranteed to be exact. In camouflage caps, we cannot guarantee the pattern will not interfere with the decoration of the cap.
Artwork Set-Up and Spec Samples
We provide complimentary virtual designs and spec samples with no set up or digitizing fees. If the customer would like a physical sample, we ask that you provide your shipper number. Disclaimer: All artwork we create is our intellectual property and cannot be reproduced without express written consent.
Customer Supplied Embroidery Files
We can accept most formats. Certain formats do require us to touch. Pre-production proof of customer supplied file is required. Customer Requested Embroidery Files We are happy to supply the embroidery file to its customers for a charge of $40.00(A). Custom Orders Orders with artwork will not be scheduled for production until proof approval is received. Shipping dates will be confirmed upon receipt of sample proof approval.
Overages/Shortages
While we will strive to ship exact quantities every time, a 5% over and short variance will be considered complete and billable. If over 5%, a claim can be filed up to 30 days of receipt of order.
Cancellations
Once custom orders have been sent to production, it cannot be cancelled. Therefore, cancellations for custom orders will not be permitted or customer will be invoiced for the raw cost incurred from us.
