Whistl is continuing to work on the strategic intent with Simply Sustainable on ESG for 2023 and into the future
£4.9m win for our International business through our Fulfilment customer Rarewaves. This win is via a new carrier Exelot, exporting e- commerce, BPM and Media items tracked into the USA offering our clients greater choice, faster delivery speeds, better visibility, and lower shipping cost options.

2022/2023 Pay Date Reminder December pay day will be brought forward to Thursday 22nd December 2022 . The following pay dates will apply for the end of 2022, and the start of 2023:
IMPORTANT NOTE - Changes to paper payslips:
For those of you that still receive a paper copy of your payslip to your home address, December 2022 payroll will be the last payroll in which we will be sending these out as we will be using online pay slips accessed via “MyView” effective from 1 st January 2023 . More details on this change will be communicated with you soon
➢ Thursday 22nd December 2022 ➢ Thursday 26th January 2023 ➢ Thursday 23rd February 2023
For Hourly paid employees the following hours will be paid as per the pay dates above :
➢ December 2022
(13 th November – 10 th December – 4 weeks)
➢ January 2023
(11 th December – 14 th January – 5 weeks)
➢ February 2023
(15 th January – 11 th February – 4 weeks)
Don’t forget, there is a £30.00 per head expenditure to all employees across the Whistl Group for any social event that your team decide they would like to enjoy. If you haven’t used this allocation yet, it is inevitable that the budget for 2022 will go towards funding a Christmas event but from 2023 onwards, how, and when you spend this allowance is entirely up to you Whistl Social Events
Farnborough Raises Money For Comic Relief
Well done to our Farnborough Contact Centre colleagues for raising money for Children In Need.
The team got involved in different games and competitions such as; design your own Pudsey Bear, Guess the number of sweets in a jar, as well as a cake sale. The team raised £52.00 in total.

Marlow Has Moved!
Popsa, the rapidly growing printing app with its customer service team provided by Whistl Fulfilment Gateshead has been announced as one of Deloitte’s UK Technology Fast 50 winners. Declan Mellett, Chairman and Commercial Director at Popsa has put on record his thanks to the Whistl team for being part of Popsa’s success so far. As further testimony to the strength of our partnership – Whistl and Popsa agent Chris Cleghorn was recently nominated in the North East Contact Centre Awards as Digital Rising Star. Chris just missed out against exceptionally tough competition but enjoyed the awards dinner alongside North East, National and International titans. Well Done Chris, for all your hard work. Whistl recognised for Popsa’s Success!
Whistl Head Office in Marlow has Moved! We're only down the road from our previous location, but we're very excited to get settled into our new space. The pandemic has changed our working practices and we needed a different workplace with less desks but more meeting and collaborative spaces. Thanks to everyone who helped make the move possible.

November was Men’s Health Month, and the Wellbeing team asked staff to get involved by ‘Growing a Mo’ or by ‘Getting MOving . The winner for the Best Mo and the Biggest MOver will be announced shortly on Marvin. Plus, you can still watch the online workshops that were hosted on Marvin.
Win For Whistl Contact Centre
Congratulations to the Whistl Contact Centre Team for their win with TOCA Social at this years UKCCF Awards. We were awarded Gold for Outsourcing Partner of th e Year, and Whistl’s Christine Bryant and her dedicated team members Dylan Adams , Emily Brown , Stephanie James and Angela Rayment were in attendance. Well Done to everyone involved.

The Friends Against Scams team are once again running a Scamnesty (a scam mail amnesty) campaign aiming to encourage everyone in the UK to send in any unwanted scam and nuisance mail that they receive to the National Trading Standards (NTS) Scams Team, completely free of charge. A Massive Congratulations to the members of the Bolton Team who completed the MOvember run. Laura John , Danielle Pollitt and Jamie Brown managed to raise £180 for MOvember . Both Laura and Danielle ran 5k and Laura finished 2 nd in her age class. Jamie ran 10k and gained a personal best!
