Reference One 20ply Pearl Reference One Series Snare Drums feature an staggeringly thick 20-ply blended Maple (14) Birch (6) shell with a 45-degree bearing edge, for focused volume and power with no loss in sensitivity or articulation. All Reference snare drums feature Pearl Mastercast hoops, our unique swiveling STL lug, and patented SR1000 Glide-Lock snare strainer.
