London Metropolitan University is seeking to recruit to the post of Associate Director of Estate Development to play a key role in leading the strategic development of the University’s estate. We launched our new Estates Strategy in 2022, which sees the University committing to bold and large- scale investments of £180 million over the next decade, in order to develop our buildings, physical and digital infrastructure. Reporting to the Director of Estates, the Associate Director of Estate Development will have leadership responsibility for the strategic development and effective utilisation of the University’s estate including master planning, capital programme/project delivery, space strategy/management and property management.
