HERD HEALTH All cattle will be accompanied by proper health certificates for immediate
shipment. BVD-PI All bulls have been tested negative for BVD-PI. DNA TESTING
All bulls have had genomic testing completed. We have provided highlights for specific animals throughout the catalog. Complete genomic scores are available upon request. VOLUME DISCOUNTS Buyers of 3 or more bulls will be eligible for a volume discount. This discount will be applied as follows: 3 bulls will receive a 3% discount, 4 bulls will receive a 4% discount, up to a maximum discount of 10% on 10 or more bulls. TERMS OF SALE All sales are cash or check. All cattle must be settled for at the conclusion of the auction. Cattle will not be released from the sale premises until payment in full is received. TERMS AND CONDITIONS All bulls selling for $4000 or more are fully guaranteed against breeding injury for the first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 90-day period following the first turnout of the bulls. If a replacement bull is available, he will be provided, or if the buyer prefers, credit towards one bull will be given in the following year’s sale, less salvage value of the injured bull. Please notify us as soon as possible should injury occur and prior to the bull being sold for salvage. SEMEN INTEREST Full possession and full salvage value sells on all the bulls. We will be retaining one-third revenue sharing semen interest in every bull selling in this sale. BULL DELIVERY Delivery will be arranged on all bulls by no later than the second week of April. Bulls remaining after 4-15-2026 will be charged $3.00 per head per day for feed. Delivery will be to a central delivery point as agreed upon by buyer and seller. INSURANCE Insurance will be available thru Amy Puepke with Martin Trudeau Insurance. 605- 770-4414. Purchaser assumes the risk of death or injury to their livestock immediately after the sale.
