Our app offers almost all the same features as the website! Difference is, it is right in the palm of your hand for easy and quick use. Below is an example of what the app looks like once downloaded.
For iPhones / iPads Search for "DesertHorizonscc" in the apple app store and click "get".
For Androids / Smartphones Search for "DesertHorizonscc" in the google play app store and click "install".
Once downloaded, you may log in. Your username and password are the same as your DHCC website log in.
After you log in, this pop-up will appear, click "Allow". This will allow you to receive all important club notifications to your phone from the app.

BILLING
To view your statement and pay your member dues and related club charges, go online to the website members.deserthorizons.org. (you may also do this on the app) To get to your statement and make a payment go to click My Profile , then click My Statement . Online you will be able to view current and past statements, payment history, and make payments with a credit or debit card. (There is a 3.5% fee when using a credit card to make a payment) You may also pay with a check, made payable to Desert Horizons Owners Association, if mailing please mail to 44-900 Desert Horizons Dr Indian Wells CA, 92210. We also offer ACH (Automatic Electronic Payment) that gets taken out from an account of your choosing, on the 15th of every month. Please note, we can not take credit card payments over the phone. If you would like to enroll in ACH please email Reception@deserthorizons.org and they can send you the form. You can also access this form by logging onto the website. To get there click on My Home, then click on Applications & Work Orders.

The following is a listing of the items within the Development for which Owners and the Association are responsible for the routine maintenance, repair and replacement duty, in accordance with Article 10 of the Third Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. The "Residence/ Lot" portion of the Maintenance Matrix does not apply to the Custom Lots. HOME WATCH Desert Horizons continues to provide a year-round "Home Watch Service" to owners. This service is provided at a monthly charge of $60.00 bi-monthy or $90.00 for a weekly inspection. We perform a general internal/external check of the owner's residence. This service includes bi-weekly or weekly inspections by the Association's contract security personnel. They will provide the following services on your behalf: Bring in mail & newspaper Perimeter check of the residence Flush all toilets Run water in all drains Check interior courtyard Check interior for noticeable plumbing leaks Check refrigerates or / freezer / wine chiller to be sure they are working Check for pest/insect problems
Check interior for potential roof leaks Visual check of pool/spa for cleanliness Test alarm system Check thermostat settings if requested

HEATED POOLS 1,2,3,4,5,7,8,12,13, & 16. NOVEMBER 1ST, 2023 - MAY 31ST, 2024 Open Daily From 7:00am - 11:00pm During this time, therapy pools 1 & 13 will be heated to 86 degrees and the other pools will be heated to 84 degrees. All spas will be heated to 102 degrees.
