Format: Better Ball of Partners, Four-Ball, Improved Net.
Granny Championship Play-Off: The Ten (10) Teams returning the low improved Net scores shall compete in a Three Hole play-off to determine The Granny Champion. Teams will play Holes #6 & #15 in a two hole Alternate Shot Aggregate Score format. Prior to the beginning of Hole #6, each team will determine which player will tee off on Hole #6 and which player will tee off on Hole #15. Players will then play alternately until the completion of each hole. Team handicaps will be determined using 50% of the Team’s combined handicap. Three qualifying teams play will advance to Hole #18 for a Sudden-Death Alternate Shot Play-Off to determine The Granny Champion. During play of Hole #18 all players will play The Granny tees. Team handicaps will be determined using 50% of the Team combined handicap.
In the event that darkness or weather prohibits a play-off, a match of cards, Net, beginning on Hole #1, Round 2 will determine the Granny Champion.
During the Two Day Improved Four-Ball Competition Players will receive 85% of their USGA Course Handicap Players will be allocated a maximum course handicap of 18 strokes. Handicaps:
Player’s Pool: $100 Per Team Per Pool Gross and/or Net (optional)
Player’s Pool will award daily winners in Gross and Net. Teams may enter in either or both competitions. Only teams participating in the Player’s Pool will be eligible for Player’s Pool prize money.
Tees: All play will be from the Granny Tee Markers.
Men 65 yrs of age and older may play the White Tee Markers. Men will be allocated a maximum course handicap of 18 strokes.
We encourage you to keep play moving. Triple bogey maximum score. We will post scores for both members & guests for handicap purposes.
