Lift & Sculpt Work lower body muscles with strength and conditioning exercises. Use dumbbells, bands and body weight to improve lower body strength and function. Mindful Yoga Practice balancing mindfulness and body connection, strength building, and relaxation. All fitness levels and experience levels welcome. Osteofit (50+ years) Improve strength, balance and coordination as well as functional ability, independence, and quality of life, and is especially safe for those with osteoporosis and osteopenia. Safe and gentle exercises for individuals with minimal previous exercise experience. Power Yoga Flow through classic Hatha yoga poses for a physical challenge that promotes body, mind, and breath awareness. Please bring a yoga mat. Pilates Improve flexibility, strength, endurance, along with concentration, breathing, and overall core strength, with a precise system of exercises.

Total Body Conditioning Challenge strength and endurance using resistance equipment to work all muscle groups. Strength & Stretch Strength & Stretch (50+ years) Build endurance and maintain bone mass with light weights, tubing and body weight. Class ends with stretching and relaxation, featuring modifications for greater accessibility. Strength & Flow Fuse 30 minutes of total body conditioning with 30 minutes of power yoga. Stretch Full body stretches promote flexibility, mobility, and relaxation. Guided by an experienced instructor. Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold Boost energy with a total body workout incorporating all fitness components-cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility! Zumba Toning incorporates lightweights to add a strengthening element. Zumba Gold is a good pace for beginners and older adults.

Gymnastics Parent & Tot (0 - 5 years) Caregiver Participation Team up with toddlers to develop their balance, motor skills and body awareness as our top-notch instructors emphasize safety while teaching basic gymnastics techniques. Gymnastics Family (All Ages) Caregiver Participation Bring the whole family and enjoy tumbling, jumping, and learning together. At least one adult must be in attendance.
