REP Fitness Expands at Walnut Creek Business Park with 6,000 Square Foot Lease
St. John Properties Opens Tennesse Regional Office NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE St. John Properties has entered the Tennessee market with the recent opening of a new regional office in Nashville. Jonas Asner, Regional Partner, will direct all development activities for the company’s 16th regional office. Asner recently completed the four-year Partner-in-Training program, which prepares professionals to open and operate new regional offices. “One of our first steps is to establish key business and real estate relationships that will help us identify, assemble and acquire suitable land holdings for our signature multi-use business parks, which include flex/R&D, office, and retail buildings,” Asner explained. “We look forward to being a part of the Greater Nashville community for years to come.”
REP Fitness, a fitness equipment company which manufactures and distributes a premium line of products for home and corporate gyms, has signed a lease with St. John Properties for 6,000 square feet of space at Walnut Creek Business Park in Westminster,
Colorado. The new lease at 10855 Dover Street brings the presence of the company to 39,600 square feet of space. REP Fitness has occupied 33,600 square feet of space at 11059 Dover Street since 2022. Founded by brothers Ryan and Shane McGrotty in 2011 in a 1,200 square foot garage in Longmont, the company now employs more than 200 people, maintains showrooms in California and Pennsylvania,
and sells products across four continents.
“The flexible configuration of 10855 Dover Street enables us to house production and manufacturing equipment, store products, and utilize a portion of the space for administrative purposes. A location two miles from the airport, nearby restaurants, and other amenities were significant draws.” stated Jon Little, Chief Operating Officer for REP Fitness.

DMV Distributing Expands and Prosource Wholesale® Signs New Lease at Riverside Tech Park
MIDDLE RIVER, MARYLAND
Five New Retailers Sign Leases at Greenleigh Bajeko Sekuwa Restaurant, Bubbakoo’s Burritos, Cellfix Plus, Kore Barre, and Uptown Cheapskate are joining tenant mix at Greenleigh, a 1,000-acre mixed- use business community in Baltimore County, Maryland. “As the commercial office and multifamily components of Greenleigh continue to increase in size and scope, it is important to attract new restaurants, retailers and other compelling concepts to meet the wide-ranging shopping, health and fitness, and dining needs of our stakeholders and the surrounding Middle River and White Marsh communities,” stated Bill Holzman, Vice President, Retail Leasing for St. John Properties.
St. John Properties has signed leases with two companies totaling more than 32,000 square feet of space at Riverside Tech Park in Frederick, Maryland. DMV Distributing, LLC, which has been a tenant in the park since 2018, leased 23,040 square feet which represents an 8,520 square foot expansion for the wine and spirits distributor. DMV Distributing services stores and restaurants throughout the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Delaware region with a curated selection of specialty wines and liquors including brandy, tequila, and vodka. "Our business is steadily growing, and it was important to expand our presence at Riverside Tech Park to carry more inventory
and better serve our customers," Emery said.
In addition, Prosource of Frederick leased 9,000 square feet of space in the same building at Riverside Tech Park. Prosource of Frederick franchise owners Steve and Diane Weiss are partnering with their daughter and son-in-law, Paige Weiss Zesati and John Zesati to establish the business. The showroom will feature over 50,000 product choices including private label and name brand carpet, hardwood, ceramic, luxury vinyl tile, laminate, and more. “The flexible nature of the one-story building meets our requirements, and it was important to find a location near an expanding population and close to major highways." Weiss explained.
