ENNSAUKEN, NJ — Metro Commer- cial Real Estate, Inc. announces the following lease transactions: · Metro Commercial negotiated a new 45,524 s/f lease with Res- taurant Equippers at The Point in Pennsauken, NJ. Brandon Anapol , of Metro Commercial announced that Restaurant Equippers will be opening their first location in this area in the spring of 2013 at The Point. The Point in Pennsauken, is located at the intersection of Route 38 and Route 70, just over the Ben Franklin Bridge in Pennsauken. Owned by Sauken Asso- ciates, L.P. , the 118,000 s/f mixed-used complex is a rede- velopment of a former movie theater building. Brandon Anapol represented Restaurant Equippers in the transaction, and the landlord was represented by Glimcher Group, Inc. · Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. has negotiated a lease forAvalon Carpet Tile and Flooring, to occupy 21,600 s/f in Monmouth County, NJ. The new site for the store is 1500 Route 35 in the Ocean Town- ship. The store is schedule to open in December 2012.
