has signed a new lease for 4,580 s/f at 217 International Circle in Hunt Valley with HighTower Holding, LLC . HighTower, the nation’s first advisor-owned financial ser- vices firm serving wealthy families and institutional cli- ents, is the first tenant to join the owner-occupier, Bunting Management Group, in the LEED Platinum building. Cushman & Wakefield leasing agent Tim Jackson negotiated the lease on be- half of the owner. Currently 9,874 s/f remains available for lease in the 30,000 s/f building. 217 International Circle is a state-of-the-art Class A

office building, completely renovated in 2008 to LEED Platinum standards. It was the first building inMaryland to achieve this level of LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council . It offers many green benefits to tenants: the building’s energy management system controls the Geothermal HVAC system and lighting; industry leaders, experts and professionals for three days of inspiring speakers, network- ing opportunities, industry showcases, and green building tours. The conference has been hosted inmajor cities across the United States, most recently in San Francisco with Greenbuild 2012. In 2013, Philadelphia will serve as the host city for Green- build fromNovember 20-22 and over 30,000 people are expected to attend. The DVGBC Host Committee will provide local support to the team at USGBC responsible for conference man- agement and will hold a series of exciting events leading up to the conference. Gotanda will work with more than 150 local volunteers to give visibility to the green building and sustainability

MGKF was one of the first 50 2013 Challenge Pledges.
