When we lose a loved one to violence, the pain can be overwhelming. We may FINDING PEACE IN THE AFTERLIFE

worry about how they passed, if they suffered, or if they are at peace. In our interview, Simone Key offers a message of comfort and reassurance— no matter how someone transitions into spirit, they are welcomed with love. They receive healing, guidance, and are never alone. She shares that spirit never expresses regret about being there. They are free, happy, and embraced by light. While those left behind may struggle with grief, she reminds us that our loved ones do not want us to hold onto pain. They understand things differently now, often wishing they had been less judgmental or more open in life, but they never wish to return. Most importantly, she affirms that nothing takes a soul before its time—our journey is a sacred agreement between ourselves and the divine. We are eternal, and love is what carries us forward. For those healing from loss, know that your loved ones are not lost. They are safe, whole, and surrounded by love.
