READY, SET, REGULATE

Through movement, breath, and sound, we can shift from tension and overwhelm to peace, presence, and empowerment. These simple yet powerful practices require no special skills, flexibility, or equipment. Whether you're in the midst of stress or seeking a moment of calm, these techniques help restore balance and bring you back to your center. You can use them anytime, anywhere—whether in a busy day or within the sacred space of your own meditation practice. Move at your own pace, listen to your body, and embrace the freedom that comes with letting go.

Through movement, breath, and sound, specific flows shift from pain, suffering, anger, and stress to peace, presence, and empowerment. These combinations do not require any athletic ability, advanced flexibility, or expensive equipment. You can do them amid a panic attack or stressful situation to bring you to a calm place and re-regulate your nervous system. These quick and easy tools can be your go-to when out and about or in your sacred meditation space. These movements to Empower and Transform can be used at any time or place. The practice is invitational and at your own pace.
