WE OFFER A COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION MODEL,
FOR EXAMPLE: • A 1mm sales rep will make 74% or 37K more per year at a 29% margin compared to other industry leaders. • A 1mm sales rep will make 28% more or 21K more per year at a 32% margin. • A 1mm sales rep will make 15% more or 14K more per year at a 35% margin.
PAYING OUR REPS A PERCENTAGE OF GROSS PROFIT.
Reps pay a flat fee on freight, with COMMISSIONS PAID OUT BASED ON THE PRICING AND COSTING delivered at order entry. This transparency ensures each rep knows their profit per order upon submission. We also OFFER VARIOUS INCENTIVES to drive revenue-driving behaviors, such as All School Partnerships and special offers, and provide “best in the industry” pricing for past life cycle products to support new account prospecting or maintaining existing relationships. Unlike other companies, WE COVER TRAVEL COSTS AND SAMPLES because we believe in fostering relationships to drive revenue. And, as an employee-owned company, reps with over $1mm in annual sales GAIN OWNERSHIP and will receive a CASH PAYOUT during our next funding round, allowing them to share in Game One’s equity.
