We believe our reps should focus on selling, not order management or collections. EACH REP IS ASSIGNED A SUPPORT TEAM.

LEADERSHIP: Each rep is assigned to a region with a Regional Manager (RSM) and an Area Vice President (AVP) to offer guidance when prospecting new accounts or dealing with challenges in existing ones. The RSM conducts a monthly check-in to review account penetration, acquisition, and retention.

PURCHASING: After entering an order, purchasing sources the product. If a product is on backorder, customer service correctly sources a replacement. The rep is involved only when guidance is needed..

ORDER MANAGEMENT: Orders are delivered to a queue and assigned to a decoration facility or vendor in real time to ensure timely delivery at the least cost.

SERVICE: A C ustomer Relations Representative (CRR) supports order delivery, taking responsibility for getting orders to invoicing . The CRR and rep formally meet twice a month to review orders, with continual communication on order status.

BILLING: A B illing A nalyst (BA) handles invoicing, ensuring correct delivery for net 30 payment. The BA joins the CRR once a month to review any challenges.

COLLECTIONS: Each rep has a collections agent for invoices outside the 60-day remittance, with rep involvement only when necessary.
