pears. If we open the flaps of this paper ,we shall see some of the things for which we should praise God. Of course, no piece of paper could hold all the things for which we should praise Him, but here are six things, mentioned in the 104th Psalm. The Psalm begins with, “ Bless the Lord, O my soul.” The word bless means much the same as praise. Beginning with verse 10 we are given a list of some of the things for which we should praise Him. “He sendeth the springs into the valleys.” What a blessing springs of water are to the thirsty. The second word is drink , and we are told that the springs give drink to the thirsty. In verse 12 the birds are mentioned as singing among the b ran ch es, evidently praising God for a place to rest. In verse 13 fruit is mentioned as some thing to satisfy. 'Grass for the cattle is spoken of in verse 14. In this verse also “The herb for the service of man” is mentioned. From these verses we learn that birds, beasts and men have things for which to raise their voices in praise to God. (If desirable, the same result may be obtained without using the first paper mentioned, by merely folding the “ P” on the other paper back.)
