FEATURED PROJECT UK BATTERSEA POWER STATION, LONDON
The development of Battersea Power Station represents one of the most ambitious development schemes in Europe. The £9bn Battersea Power Station redevelopment is also one of the biggest construction sites in Europe. Since it was decommissioned in 1983 Battersea Power Station has stood derelict on the south bank of the River Thames. Renowned for its four chimneys and art deco design, the iconic Grade II* listed building has undergone a massive transformation which has seen it restored as a mixed-use development.
Errigal are delighted to have worked closely with Mace and Battersea Power Station Development Company Limited spearheading the multimillion pound re-development to transform Battersea Power Station. Errigal have successfully completed works to Switch House East, luxury apartments and also works to retail units which will house companies such as Nike and a new gym for Anthony Joshua-backed gym brand BXR London. We continue to work across the Power Station Development in 2023 .
