Skillbuild 2022 The Skillbuild competitions kicked of in January this year with nineteen apprentices competing in the Errigal Intercampus heat, the largest competition group across all regions. The top 6 went forward to compete in the NI Regional Finals which were in Antrim. It was a clean sweep at the regionals and 5 Errigal apprentices earned a place in the UK National WorldSkills. The Live Finals were held in Edinburgh held in November. This was the most competitive 3 day competition in years and we were delighted to secure Silver, Bronze and two High Commendations. An excellent performance from all involved. Training for the future is the only way.

Errigal & British Gypsum Training in Partnersip The BG Skills Partnership team welcomed some of Errigal’s apprentices to their Build Better Centre to help enhance their plastering skills. British Gypsum recognise the innovative approach that Errigal take to training our apprentices and are at hand to support.
