LIMIT LIQUID INTAKE 2 HOURS BEFORE SLEEP TIME - Drinking too much liquid before bed can lead to frequent trips to the bathroom, disrupting your sleep. - Implementation: Reduce your intake of water and other beverages 2 hours before bedtime. P icture the scene – you’re having a great time with friends at an office party or family get-together. A few days later, you start feeling sick – vomiting, diarrhoea, and intense stomach pains. The reason? Norovirus. Norovirus, one of the most infectious viruses, has earned the title of “winter vomiting bug” due to outbreaks usually happening during the colder months. However, it can spread and infect at any time of the year. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), norovirus is responsible for an estimated 21 million cases every year in the US alone. The most challenging part about combating norovirus is its strength; it can last on surfaces for two weeks while managing

gastroenteritis – inflammation of the stomach and intestines. It is the leading cause of foodborne illness across the globe. Normally, its symptoms appear in a window of 12 to 48 hours after exposure and lasts for one to three days. Following are

A s a dedicated stationery enthusiast, I believe that the right office supplies don’t just help you work more efficiently—they drive the entire workplace experience. Some people say I take it too seriously (Emma, I’m looking at you), but I say they simply don’t understand. So, in the hope of educating those who foolishly see stationery as “just stationery,” I present to you my Top 6 Favourite Stationery Items—the tools that bring me joy, efficiency, and, occasionally, great personal distress when I see them misused. 1. THE POST-IT NOTE (A Weapon of Justice)

There was a time I considered carrying a pocket sharpener, but that would suggest I tolerate the archaic flaws of wooden pencils. I do not. 3. THE ERASABLE PEN (A.k.a. The ‘Undo’ Button of the Stationery World) For years, the bane of my existence was making a tiny mistake in an otherwise flawless handwritten document.
