"With respect to the pros, cons, indifferences and the changes that we're doing here and what we're doing relative to the resolve of the same, I want to unpack it all in a way that we've never done before. I want to unpack those things so the understanding of what we have encountered, what we inherited and our plan of action is present. In addition to that, categorically, with the jail division, we're going to start there. There were some areas that we were more than concerned about and so what we did was partner with A&E to dig deeper and we have been inside the bowels of the jail looking at things that we want to be at a high level of integrity. Integrity encompasses what we do when no one else is looking and we've had an opportunity to look at those things from a 60 Days In perspective. This was an exploratory surgery. We wanted to go in, see where the concerns are and fix them. The result is a highly inspected examination of The Henry County Sheriff's Office that we participated in for the betterment of the Sheriff's office and its employees.
