Unashamedly we have once again had a focus on workplace wellbeing and how business can improve productivity by focusing on how employees operate at their workstation. It is a message you may well be familiar with, yet a survey carried out by Fellowes indicated that 75% of employees in the survey said that their employer carried out a workstation risk assessment either a long time ago or not at all. There are health (and legal) reasons for carrying out assessments, please, if you have not looked at this for a while in your business, get in touch and we can help you through what is a simple, but effective, process.
