We are glad you are here! There are a variety of bloodlines for you to select from toady, offered by top producing ranches in Nebraska along with a few individuals as well. Feel confident that the bloodlines represented here are good foundation bloodlines and are bred and raised to be hard working ranch horses, doing anything the rider may ask of them. Many of these horses have proven themselves in competitions as well as daily tasks on the home place. We want to thank everyone for showing an interest in the quality of these horses presented to you today. Please direct any questions you may have to the owner of that horse. PLEASE BRING YOUR CATALOG TO THE SALE! WATCH FOR PHOTO UPDATES ON OUR HUSKERLAND FACEBOOK PAGE. TERMS/CONDITIONS Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids and the auctioneer’s decision on such matters shall be final. NO HORSES SHALL BE RELEASED UNTIL END OF SALE UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED WITH SALE MANAGEMENT STAFF. Each bidder must have a buyer’s number to bid. Positive ID (driver’s license) or a letter of credit from your bank is required to receive a buyer’s number. ABSOLUTELY NO BIDDING WITHOUT A BUYER’S NUMBER Phone bids are welcome, but be aware, purchase(s) made by this method MUST be arranged prior to the sale. Be prepared to email a bank letter of credit by August 20, 2025. Email: willvernyceweber@gmail.com PAYMENT Forms of accepted payment: CASH or GOOD CHECK Returned checks will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. ATTENDEE RISK Any person attending this sale does so at his/her own risk. Sales attendees agree that they attend the sale at their own risk. Hazards associated with horses, livestock, weather and numerous other conditions are unavoidable. The owners, sale management, nor any other person connected with this sale, assumes any liability, legal or otherwise for accidents or injuries associated with attending the sale. REGISTRATION & TRANSFER We will be collecting a transfer fee at the time of the sale. This will be the buyer’s responsibility after the sale is final. There will be a $40 fee for AQHA members and a $105 fee for non-members which includes a one year membership in AQHA (American Quarter Horse Association). Registration papers and transfer papers will be held until check clears the bank. HEALTH Health of all animals is important to us all. ALL SALE HORSES WILL HAVE A negative Coggins and health papers. Buyers will be responsible for health papers out of state. A veterinarian will be available the day of the sale for personal examination or any other necessary health papers. All blemishes or conditions will be called from the auction block. All guarantees on each horse will be between the buyer and the seller. ANY ANNOUNCEMENT made the day of the sale shall take precedence over the printed information within this sales catalog. We accept no responsibility for errors or omissions. Any change in information will be announced from the auction block. ALL HORSES are BUYER’S PROPERTY as soon as sold . No delivery is available until final settlement is made on all purchases. Buyers must make arrangements for care of horses at their own risk until delivery is taken. SHIPMENT - make arrangements with seller. ALL SALE HORSES MUST BE REMOVED FROM SALE GROUNDS BY SUNDAY NOON 8/31/25. ALL GUARANTEES ON HORSES ARE BETWEEN BUYERS AND SELLERS.
