Grade Foaled: 2021 | Blue Roan Mare | Breed: AQHA | Reg:
112
I have been dealing with AQHA on this mares papers for two years. Always seems like something. She had a really nice blue roan last year by VW High Blu Valentin and is bred back the same way for a 2026 foal. Selling grade; may have papers by sale day, not sure. Don’t need papers
to produce a nice ranch or rider horse. Vernyce Weber | Burwell, NE | 308-383-0039

Cibecue Blue sired four foals for us this year, one we’ll bring in a couple of years and one we’re keeping back as a broodmare. So far we are impressed with them and it’s not a surprise the way he’s bred. We lost Bean too soon and dad had let most of his daughters go because everyone wanted them. We were fortunate enough to have an appealing stud to breed a daughter to and are looking forward to what he will produce. Jellie Pie was Bean’s fill sister and Cibecue is genetically as appealing as an own son. Lucy Charro adds a lot of heart, and Buster Brown, through Yellow Chestnut adds an incredible mind.

Azul Mandingo has been waiting a long time, but his time finally came. An own son by Wales Josey, by Pig Creek Roan, and back to Jake’s Vee, whose dam, Vee Hancock, was a most impressive mare that worked in a feedlot pushing fats where she wanted them. His bottom side is a mare approaching retirement, who has been nothing less than an excellent broodmare. She gave us a filly this year that has the potential a replace her. Sired by Santana, by Roan Ambrose, and back to Vee Hancock again, he sure puts a stamp on his colts. JTF Mando’s dam, Mandy, was one of dads preferred Lowry Star daughters. She was as deep bodied as they come and I’m confident that her thickness will come out down the line.
