Multi-purpose business flex space renovation underway Trinity acquires former Crestlawn Amer. Legion Post
HILADELPHIA, PA —Minority and wom- an-owned real estate firm, Trinity Property Ad- visors (Trinity) , have an- nounced the acquisition of the former Crestlawn American Legion Post located at 301 E. Godfrey Ave. in the Feltonville section of Philadelphia. Renovations are currently underway and are scheduled to be completed date by April 2023. Upon completion, the building will serve as headquar- ters for Trinity Property Advi- sors, along with Philadelphia Real Estate Entrepreneurial Academy, Rittenhouse Ap- praisals , Dame’s Delicious Catering, and Jenice’s Events and Conference Center. Founder and CEO of Trinity, Candis Pressley , is excited about the acquisition. Pressley is a Certified Commercial Investment Member with over 23 years’ experience in the real estate industry. She started her career while at- tending Temple University and received her real estate sales- person license at age 19, and quickly advanced to earning her broker’s license.
