VOLUNTEER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
For the past few months, a team of dedicated volunteers have been working behind the scenes on the Registered Telecommunications Project Manager ® (RTPM ® ) Exam. Two remarkable groups of subject matter experts have been participating in the Exam Scrub and the Standard- Setting Process for v2 of the exam, spanning a three-month commitment as volunteers. Their passion and dedication to the BICSI ICT Certification Institute programs and the exam development process will help ensure future credential holders have demonstrated expertise in the knowledge areas required for their certifications.
We would like to personally thank our volunteer leadership and every person involved in the RTPM Exam Scrub & Standard-Setting teams for the time away from their families, careers, and daily life, to give back to the ICT profession.
